From e-commerce to AIhelp

AIhelp – practical AI guides and solutions for business, created based on real-world experience in e-commerce, websites, and digital projects. Our goal is to help businesses start using AI in practice independently, clearly, and without chaos and costly mistakes.

We create AI guides, methodologies, queries, and templates for specific business tasks. We first test solutions in our own projects, and then systematize proven practices so that other businesses can adopt them.

If you lack time or knowledge, we help you put the methodologies presented in AI guides into practice. We also create and optimize business websites for SEO and AI search.

Business start – 2019

MB Amzona was founded in 2019 by two partners who started their business in e-commerce. The first projects were developed in the field of home decor - we started selling frames and other home decor products in our e-store. This was the first necessary practical experience in creating product offers, content, managing e-commerce processes and finding ways to reach customers online.

Experience in major e-commerce platforms

After gaining initial experience in our e-commerce activities, we expanded it to major trading platforms. We started selling home decor products Amazon.de, and later we continued trading in various categories of goods Cheap.lt.

Working on these platforms provided me with a lot of practical e-commerce experience – from product selection, presentation and positioning to advertising, offer optimization and competition analysis.

We later applied this experience to the creation and development of our e-commerce projects, where we were able to test different content, advertising, SEO, and sales solutions even more extensively.

Development of own projects

We applied the accumulated e-commerce experience to the creation and development of our projects. We continue this activity to this day. Among our projects is a light therapy products store stokas.lt and a store selling natural incense and its accessories samanasanto.lt.

Own projects allow us to not only analyze new solutions, but also test them in real business conditions - improve website structure, product presentation, create and optimize content, test SEO methodologies, advertising solutions, and AI tools, and monitor their impact on results.

It is the practical activities that have provided the most valuable experience. We see how e-commerce, consumer behavior and search are changing, we can test new technologies in our projects and only then evaluate which ones are truly useful for business. We rely on this experience to create AIhelp guides and practical methodologies.

Founding of AIhelp

As the capabilities of artificial intelligence grew, we began to apply AI tools more widely in our e-commerce projects. In 2024, we purposefully deepened our knowledge - we participated in remote and live AI training, tested different tools and immediately applied them to real business tasks.

One of the first directions was to optimize our websites for AI search. Today, both of our e-commerce projects are found and recommended in the responses of AI systems, and we are already receiving real sales from AI channels.

In practice, we also learned how to create and optimize content for AI search, improve website structure, and use AI to create product content, marketing, visuals, and video. Our own projects allowed us to not only test different methods, but also observe which ones produce real results.

Together, we noticed one recurring problem: there are a lot of AI tools and information, but it is often difficult for businesses to understand, where to start, what's worth trying, and what's really worth investing time and money in.

This is how it came about AIhelp – a place for businesses that want to start using AI practically and independently. Our goal is to transform complex information into clear methodologies, guides and concrete actions to start using AI without chaos, unnecessary complexity, and costly mistakes.
